Red Cross–Aligned Certification

Taught by certified instructors, our lifeguard programs meet national standards for safety and preparedness. Courses include water rescues, CPR/AED, and First Aid.

Preparing for Certification

All lifeguard participants must complete the required swimming skills prerequisite prior to taking and completing the final skills assessment. The prerequisite skills assessments include a swim-tread-swim sequence.
