Safe, Skill-Building Swim Programs
From toddlers learning to float to adults improving their technique, our progressive swim lessons offer something for everyone. Certified instructors lead every class with care and expertise.
Swim Starters
To build confidence in the water and teach parents how to supervise and keep their children safe.
Swim Basics
Water entry, floating, kicking, arm movements, rhythmic breathing, and swimming short distances.
Swim Strokes
To master all four competitive strokes, improve swimming endurance, and develop skills for a healthy lifestyle and potential competitive swimming.

Lifeguard Certification Courses
Our American Red Cross–aligned courses train teens and adults in lifesaving skills, CPR, and aquatic safety—setting them up for job readiness and leadership.

Frequently Asked Questions
We welcome swimmers from 6 months old to adults. Our classes are designed by age and ability, with small instructor-to-student ratios.
No, non-members may register for swim programs, though members enjoy discounted rates and early access to registration.
Swimmers should bring a towel, swimwear, and goggles. Swim caps are recommended but optional.
